What if the landlord won't let you in?
That goes straight into your report as a red flag. If it happens on an in-person visit, we try again for free — and if that fails too, you get a full refund.
I've already paid a deposit — can you still help?
We can still visit and tell you whether the flat matches what you paid for, but we can't recover money that's already been sent. It's always better to book a check before paying anything.
Do you check flats outside Madrid?
We visit properties within the city of Madrid itself. If the flat is genuinely outside Madrid, online verification is usually still possible — just write to us.
Is this legal advice?
No. We check that what you were promised matches reality. We're not lawyers, and we don't review contracts for legal validity.
